Once Upon a Time fees are very straightforward as the planning approach to each event is bespoke. An hourly rate is charged and after an initial complimentary consultation an individual full quotation is put together for you.

Weddings

Each wedding is created around you and your vision. When considering a wedding planner for your big day, it can be confusing as to what you want from one. Outlined below are popular ways in which we can help.

Ideas Box

The Ideas Box follows the completion of a personal lifestyle questionnaire in which we are able to find out your passions, desires and ideas for your big day. We then do all the research work for you, such as trawling through sometimes confusing wedding magazines, countless trends and endless wedding styles. Once our comprehensive search is completed we then put together a mood board for you with images, colours and ideas for the whole day from the dress, music, reception, venue and décor.

Finding your feet

Here we can do all the research for you from finding your venue to particular suppliers. We will provide you with three different options so that you can make an informed decision. Upon reaching a decision, arrangements can be made to confirm and book suppliers on your behalf. We can provide you with a supplier deadline schedule to help you finalise all the arrangments for the big day.

Finishing Touches

Once all the arrangments have been made, you may want time to enjoy being a bride and groom to-be. This is where your wedding planner can take over the final arrangements for the day. From confirming your RSVPS, schedules, final payments, timelines to any last minute changes or anything that may havebeen missed out.

The Perfect Plan

Sometimes planning the perfect day for you and your family can be stressful and time consuming. A wedding planner can take all of those worries away. We'll be your wing man from the ideas stage, supplier sourcing, invitations, RSVPs in addition to being there on the day to ensure that everything is under control and that most importantly, you have a perfect wedding day.

On the day

If the thought of planning your big day on your own fills you with butterflys of excitement, but you feel as if you want someone there on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly. On the day co-ordination is a great way to soothe away any fears of suppliers not arriving on time, the band playing a completely different playlist and the wine that you ordered is not what is being served! We will visit the venue for you, make contact with all of your suppliers to ensure delivery times are correct and be at the venue on the day to ensure everything is as you wish. We will also be on hand to make sure you and your guests are having the best time possible.
